Everybody seeks blessings of good health and wealth at the beginning of the new year. Individuals think about bringing some positive changes and leaving behind the negativity.
Moreover, people make some resolutions in the new year, to bring some changes and lead a happy life.
Today, I would like to describe a resolution I made in the new year.
- What is the resolution?
I made the resolution to get up early in the morning. As I am not a morning person and I get up around 8 o’clock in the morning. Due to this habit, I was unable to follow a proper study schedule. Also, the rest of the day would go on attending classes at college and completing the assignments.
I was not able to devote my time to hobbies and other learning activities. As a result, I decided to make my new year resolution.
- How will you complete it?
For completing this resolution, I started going to the temple with my mother. In the starting, it was a bit difficult so my mom used to wake me. I would get up thinking that I can’t miss visiting the holy place.
Furthermore, this way I became habitual and would get up early every day. Presently, I get up at 5:30 am sharp and I am happy about taking the new year resolution seriously.
How do you feel about it?
I feel that this new year resolution has added many positive things to my life. As I experienced a certain change in my body after I began getting up early. I feel active and fresh in the morning.
Additionally, I stay calm and relaxed for an entire day. I feel very motivated and satisfied after following this new year resolution.
- Why did you make this resolution?
I made this resolution to do something productive daily. As I told you earlier, I never got time to focus on leisure activities which are very necessary for a person. After this resolution, I focused on my hobbies which include reading books, painting and gardening.
In addition, I wanted a proper routine which was only possible if I would take this particular new year resolution.
