Previous week, there were several public speaking competitions in my college. The categories were speech delivering, extempore and debate. Furthermore, I was participating in speech delivering. I asked my friend to participate as well. She said she cannot participate and it is very difficult to speak Infront of audience. She never took part in any kind of public speaking events.

Additionally, I encouraged her to vanish her fear of facing public. I told her benefits of participating in competitions. Also, I explained the importance of communicational skills.

Moreover, told that your speaking skills will get polished if you get involved in the competitions. In recent times, communication is very essential to have a bright career. This skill is required in every sector.

Finally, my friend agreed to participate in speech delivering competition. Moreover, I heard the entire speech and was amazed by her performance. After the speech, there was a huge smile on her face. I never seen my friend so relaxed before.

Furthermore, my friend thanked me for encouraging and boosting her confidence. Moreover, she promised me, in future she will never miss an opportunity to perform.

I encouraged my friend because I wanted, she should leave her fear behind and focus on important things. Additionally, I used to feel bad that why she is hesitating to do things, when she has the ability. However, I felt extremely happy that I have motivated someone to do something.
