Moreover, there are times when we want to make our close ones feel special so we organize events for them.
Presently, I would describe a time when I organized a happy event successfully.
What the event was?
Well, I organized the event on the occasion of my brother’s birthday. Being an elder sister, I wanted to plan a surprise birthday party for my brother. As it was his 16th birthday and he was about to go to boarding school for his secondary education.
Additionally, I wanted to make his birthday special by organizing an event where he could also spend some quality time with the family and friends.
How are you prepared for it? Who helped you to organize it?
I planned regarding all the preparations, a week before the event. Furthermore, I decided to organize the event at the terrace of my house. Firstly, I figured out the things required for the decoration. I made a list of all the essential things. Also, my parents helped me to execute the entire plan.
Then, I made the guest list and invited my friends and relatives over the phone. Also, I ordered the red velvet cake as it is my brother’s favorite one.
Then, three hours before the birthday. My cousins and I started with the decoration. We decorated the terrace with balloons and golden lights.
Moreover, we used the Matterses and cushions to make a comfortable place for sitting. The food items were arranged on the table and a separate table was decorated for cake-cutting ceremony. After all the setup, the terrace turned into an amazing party space.
Everything was organized beautifully and everyone surprised my brother by wishing him exactly at 12:00 am. He was thrilled to see the terrace and entire arrangements.
Explain why you think it was a successful event?
I had organized this event to surprise my birthday and more importantly, I wanted him to have a spectacular birthday and I was successful in doing it.
In addition, my brother and everyone enjoyed it a lot. All the arrangements were perfect and the food was delicious. Everyone danced a lot and enjoyed the event thoroughly. I received many compliments about organizing the event.
Therefore, this was a time when I organized a happy event successfully.
