Currently, I am pursuing my graduation so my daily schedule is the same, which makes me feel bored sometimes. Also, I get free from my classes around 4 o’ clock in the evening.
I require to do leisure activities that make me feel active and stress free.
Now, I would like to talk about an activity that you do after school/work.
Every evening, around 6:00 pm, I go cycling with my friends from the neighborhood. We all gather at the main park of our residential area. From there we all go to the outskirts of our city.
Moreover, we carry all the necessary items with us such as helmet, water bottle, water proof bag pack, mobile phone and tripod.
This activity not only provides me happiness but much more than it.
I have great interest in photography and cycling allows me to capture photographs. We find new spots for our cycling and I get to capture different views. This is why I always carry my tripod along with me.
As it helps me to shoot videos of the moments that I enjoy with my friends.
Furthermore, cycling has many health benefits and it is a good way to stay fit. I do not get enough time to work out as I have many other tasks to complete.
There are assignments and presentations of all the subjects. Cycling makes it easier for me to maintain the body, freshen up the mind and feel nature.
I feel energetic after doing this activity. Then, I do my presentation and other pending work.
This way my routine goes well and all the other work is done on time.
This activity balances my mind and I do not feel tired quickly.
It helps me to build concentration which is required while studying. Therefore, cycling is the activity that I do after my studies. or (activity that you do after school/work)

According to my perspective, relaxation is most important for physical as well as mental health. After working for a long duration, an individual is required to do an activity that makes a person happy and motivated.

I enjoy cycling on a regular basis. Moreover, badminton is my favourite sport. These are the outdoor activities that I do the most.
I play badminton every weekend but do not play the sport daily.

In my nation, people prefer watching TV shows and series. Mostly, people enjoy watching entertainment shows with their family members. Also, they listen to music to feel pleasure.
