Everybody enjoys performing activities such as, playing online games, watching TV, web series and playing cards. However, a person usually does a lovable activity more than the required time and it wastes their time.
I would like to describe an activity that I usually do that wastes my time.
I love to several activities in my leisure time. The activities are, reading novels, playing indoor games, trying new recipes and watching web series. Furthermore, there is an activity that I usually do that wastes my time.
I am addicted to watch web series on Netflix. Before, watching I just think that I will not watch it more than 30 minutes but I continue it for so long.
When you usually do it?
I watch the series on Netflix and other apps, mainly during afternoon. As I like to watch them while, having my lunch. Also, I mostly stay free at afternoon so I prefer the activity to pass my time. Contrast, I waste lot of time by doing this activity for most of the time.
Why do you do it?
It has become my habit as I do not eat my lunch without watching any show. I enjoy my food by doing this activity. Though, I know this activity that I usually do that wastes my time, is not a good habit to continue. However, I am habitual to do this activity on daily basis.
Secondly, I find it a good way to freshen up the mind by watching entertainment shows. I feel relaxed and it diverts my mind from worries.
Another thing is that whenever I start watching any series or movie. After my interest develops in the story, I do not focus on time and other pending tasks. Then, I waste my lot of time by doing this activity. As my focus is grabbed by those episodes.
Moreover, the funny thing is that I know my work is pending but still I say myself that I will watch just ten minutes more. After that, I realize that I have wasted more than one hour.
Explain why you think it wastes your time?
Everybody knows the value of time. It is always said that time never comes back. You should match the pace of time by utilizing it in a right way. It has happened many times when I shift my pending work on the next day. This is because I waste my time in watching series and movies. Later on, I realise that I have wasted time, when all the incomplete tasks are gathered. Then, it builds pressure on my mind and I think how to finish the work. At this point of time, I regret my actions of time wastage. Thus, I think this is an activity that I usually do that wastes my time.

I do not like to waste my time and try to do all the tasks at time. It doesn’t mean that I don’t waste time on something. Moreover, everyone has their hobbies and usually give some more amount of time to them. I would describe an activity that I usually do that wastes my time.
What it is?
I enjoy playing video games online. Also, I do not miss a single day to play videos games. If I do not play at least two matches daily, it makes me feel that my day is incomplete. It gives a feeling, of something missing in my entire routine.
When you usually do it?
My entire day includes tasks related to my studies so I get some leisure time in the evening. At that time, I play online games by making a team with my friends. Also, my friends stay free at the same time. It is a great way to enjoy without even going somewhere.
Why do you do it?
After, finishing my classes, I look for some kind of activity that freshen up my mind and give me a bit of relaxation. Furthermore, I find playing video games very interesting as well as relaxing activity. Additionally, I like to compete with my friends to get higher scores. Everyone tries their best to win the game and rise their scores. Apart from this, there are many other activities to do, such as watching TV and surfing online. Well, I get bored from them very quickly. The activity that never make me feel bored is playing video games. However, I forget about the time when I play and it wastes my time.
Explain why you think it wastes your time?
Playing video games is an activity that I usually do that wastes my time. Moreover, I waste my time by doing this activity for long. As I had to complete my assignments and project work, which is more important than playing video games. When I play video games, I completely go in to the fun zone and do not complete my assignments.
Later on, it affects my academic performance as it has happened many times that I use my revision time to complete my project work. Even, during my classes, my most of the focus goes on the assignments.
I waste lot of time on playing video games and do not get enough time for my other works.
On weekend, when I get enough time to complete the academic work and relax by taking a short nap. I waste my time by playing video games for whole day.
However, I am working to change my habit so that I do not waste more time.

How do you balance work and life?
As per my opinion, balancing professional as well as personal life is not easy. However, a person has to manage both the things. I personally, focus on doing the work by heart. I follow a very strict schedule so that all my tasks are finished on time.
Apart from this, I take out time for my loved ones. As I do not leave the pending work for home. Moreover, on weekends I spend my entire day with my family. Therefore, this way I balance my office work as well as personal bonds.
Will you continue doing something when you are aware that it wastes your time?
In our everyday life, we are habitual to do certain things and continue doing them even if they waste our time. Similarly, I am addicted to do things such as, playing video games and using mobile phone. These are the things that waste my time but I limit myself rather than leaving them totally.
What kind of things make people pressured?
As per my opinion, there are number of things due to which people feel stressed. In this competitive world, everyone wants to live a comfortable life by consuming all the facilities. Every person wants to build a bright career and give their family a dream life. Additionally, people deal with lot of stress related to their work and personal life. There are many, those deal with health issues and worry about it. Generally, people are tensed regarding the health as well as wealth.
Why do some people refuse to abide by the rules?
According to my view, some people do not follow rules because they find rules as restrictions. People do not like to have any kind of limitation. This is the reason that few individuals refuse to act according to rules.
