Sample answer one for the cue card, describe your first day at school:
School days are the most beautiful days of my life. I miss those stress-free days. Moreover, I remember my friends and the moments which were filled with joy.
I do not remember my first day of school as I was a kid. However, I remember my first day at my senior secondary school
Now, I would like to describe my first day at school.
After my high school education, I changed my school. To pursue my 11th and 12th education, I chose a school that is around 20 km away from my home. The name of my school was KV No1.
I was happy to start my studies at new school but was little nervous too. The timing of my school was 7:30 am. When I arrived at school, I just thought about, how I will reach to my classroom.
When I entered the school, I saw a board on the reception, where it was written that new students come here for help. Immediately, I went to the reception desk and asked the direction for my classroom.
Furthermore, mam told me that my classroom is on second floor and the stairs are in the left.
I went to my classroom and met my classmates. We all started interacting with each other and came to know the names. In addition to this, the subject teacher asked us to give an introduction Infront of the class.
According to the time table, we attended all the classes one after the another. Also, we had conversation with our subject teachers.
In addition to this, there was a games period and everyone went to the school ground. We all played games such as badminton, Kho-Kho, basketball and volleyball. I made some new friends and felt comfortable at the place. Then, I forgot all the thoughts that I had in my mind and felt stress – free.
Apart from this, I liked the environment of school. There were many facilities for the students. Moreover, the best thing was that school faculty listen to the students and help them a lot.
I felt satisfied with my school and was happy to start my senior secondary education over there.
Follow up questions:
- Do you think students should be taken to school by their parents or go by themselves?
According to my view, everyone today follows a hectic schedule so there are many parents those cannot drop their children daily to school. Moreover, parents can send their children school by bus and ensure the safety of children by knowing about the bus driver.
On the other hand, secondary education students can go to school by themselves. As they have knowledge about traffic rules and can reach safely.
- Should children rely on their parents or be independent?
As per my opinion, children should rely on their parents. As they do not have much experience of life as compared to the parents.
Also, a child always needs support of the parents until they have a career.
In contrast, children can be independent when they manage the expenses by their own.
- How can children become more independent?
Children can become independent by focusing on their career goals. Additionally, they should figure out their upcoming path during their studies.
After studies, children should know what they want and how they can reach there. After being at a position, when they earn money by their hard work, they become independent.
